The Edward Smith Mineola Lions Club

The Mineola Lions Club annually raises and donates tens of thousands of dollars to worthy causes including programs for the visually impaired, diabetes prevention, and a variety of Mineola community groups and worthy organizations.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island

Since 1977, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island has believed that every child should have the opportunity to reach his or her full potential, both as individuals and citizens. By doing so, they will not only do well, they will also do great things.

EAC Network

EAC Network is a diverse social service agency that empowers, assists, and cares for vulnerable individuals across Long Island and New York City. Our objective is to reach individuals within our community through innovative programs that improve quality of life.

Hispanic Counseling Center

The Hispanic Counseling Center, established in 1977 by the Nassau County Department of Drug and Alcohol Addiction and the Nassau County Youth Board, provides substance abuse treatment services and services for children and adolescents in the county’s growing Latino population.

Advantage Care Health Centers

Advantage Care Health Centers is Long Island’s premier Federally Qualified Health Care Center (FQHC). It provides comprehensive medical, dental and mental/behavioral health services to children and adults regardless of insurance status or the ability to pay.

AHRC

AHRC Nassau empowers people to live fulfilling lives together with family, friends and the community. A family-led organization, AHRC Nassau provides person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.

Guide Dog Foundation

For more than 75 years, the Guide Dog Foundation has trained and placed guide dogs and service dogs to provide increased independence and enhanced mobility to individuals who are blind, have low vision, or other disabilities.

The Inn

The INN provides a broad variety of essential services to assist those challenged by hunger, homelessness and profound poverty. They partner with those in need in a dignified and respectful manner to help them achieve self-sufficiency.
